"You Rang?": Is Timothy Hill U.S. Representative David Davis' WDC Manservant?

From the September 15, 2007 Washington Post article "With a Congressman Next Door and a Capital View Outside":

It's always fun to see whom you can see in the exercise room or doing their laundry, said Timothy Hill, who moved into one of the 40 efficiencies with his wife just before New Year's Day. His boss, Rep. David Davis (R-Tenn.), lives in a one-bedroom on another floor, carrying on a tradition among representatives of his district. "When he calls, I get on the elevator," Hill said, jokingly."

U.S. Rep. David Davis

I am not creeped out as much by this Washington Post article revealing that Davis' congressional press secretary and legendary Davis "yes man" Timothy Hill is apparently now acting as U.S. Rep. David Davis' downstairs maid at their --- get this (for real) --- Hill House apartments in downtown Washington, D.C., as I am "ewwwww-ekk"ed with the reported statement in the Washington Post that quotes Hill saying that he gets his jollies watching other people do their laundry at the Hill House...

Must be part of Timothy's punishment for violating U.S. House Ethics Rules with his vandalizing of Wikipedia political bios --- "Hill House" arrest.

Also from the "must really love his boss" file:

a reliable and local, non-Washington Post source revealed that Hill and his wife vacationed with Davis and his family following the highly contested 2006 Republican primary election in the Tennessee 1st U.S. House District.
