No, seriously now...
Consider this as a non-statistical survey for the readers of this blog...if you should be employed for either wages and salary, ask your employer (private or public) about you being able to receive an interest free loan directly from the company (i.e. not from a withdraw against any sort of retirement package that you may have contributed from your paycheck) to cover the down payment toward the purchase of a newly constructed house.
And to keep the math simple, the total purchase price is $100,000 with a 10% down payment ($10,000) required for closing.
